Established in September of 2021, Our mission is to Encourage, Educate and Empower Women - to find self-love and create balance in their daily lives. We believe in community and partnering with like-minded organizations that align with our cause.
Self Love Expo September 12th 2021 - Curated September of 2021 as a safe space for women to just be without fear or judgement to reconnect with ourselves and others in an open space while working towards healing ourselves together Mentally, Physically and Spiritually.
This FREE community event included: Sound Bath, Yoga, Reiki, Massages, Mini-Readings, Vendors, HIIT Fitness Sessions, Networking and more. Special Guest Speakers included: Jessica Hudson, MSW. of Step by Step- The Spa For Your Mind LLC. and Mariajose Marquez of Equal Hope.
